Ruchi Caterers

We are located at 9, Mantri Building, right on S V Road. If you know where the Malad Telephone Exchange is, then you have probably passed our shop many times. It's a busy stretch of road, so there is always noise and movement outside. We have been Ruchi Caterers for a long time now. We started small with just a couple of us cooking and it grew into what it is today. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have our kitchen in the back and a small space in front. Most of our day is spent prepping vegetables and making sure the spices are just right. Being in Malad West means things move fast. We handle a lot of different types of gatherings, from small house parties to bigger events. We aren't interested in being the biggest name out there, we just want to do a decent job with the food. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit tough because of the traffic on S V Road, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. We keep our workspace clean and our recipes straightforward. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don't have a big marketing team, just our hands and the stove. People usually find us by word of mouth or by seeing the sign when they are stuck in traffic outside the building.
