At Rs Pharma, we occupy Gala No. 1 and 2 within the Business Community Center. Having two units right next to each other helps because we have quite a bit of stock to manage. It isn't a very large space, but we make it work by stacking things carefully. Most of our day is spent checking lists and moving boxes around. The Business Community Center is a bit of a hub, so there are always people coming and going. It can get a bit loud in the hallways sometimes. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It's just a few of us handling the orders and making sure the inventory is right. We try to keep the paperwork organized, though it usually piles up on the small desk in the corner. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office layout. We just need enough room to walk between the shelves. Sometimes the lights flicker or it gets a bit stuffy inside, especially when the weather is humid. We just open the doors and keep going. Most people who come here are looking for specific supplies, so we just get straight to the point. We've been operating out of these galas for a while now. It’s a quiet life of sorting and distributing. We don't do much advertising; people just know where we are in the center. It’s a decent place to work from and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week without any extra fuss.
