We are based at 38 Princess Street, which is on S.G. Marg. Our office is on the ground floor of Saraf Mansion. This part of town is always buzzing with people and traders. It’s one of those old buildings that has a lot of character, even if the walls are a bit dusty. We have been operating from here for a long time. The space inside is filled with files and boxes of supplies. It's not a showroom; it's a place where we do business and handle the paperwork for the pharmaceutical trade. You’ll usually hear the sound of the ceiling fans and the street noise coming in through the door. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and customers. Princess Street is famous for this kind of work, so we fit right in with the rest of the shops. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking around here, so most people just walk in. We don’t have a fancy reception area. There are just desks and shelves piled high with records. It feels like a real, working office where things actually get done. We know the other business owners on the block and usually grab lunch from the same places. We just take each day as it comes, dealing with the orders and making sure everything is moving along. It’s a steady pace, and we like being in this part of the city. It has become our second home.
