Royal Constructions

Royal Constructions is based out of 546/D-1 in the Charkop area of Kandivali. Our office isn't much to look at, mostly just a room filled with site maps, rolls of blueprints, and some samples of tiles and bricks. We are usually out at different sites more than we are actually sitting in the office. There is always some project going on where we have to check on the progress or talk to the laborers. When we are in the office, it's mostly to catch up on the accounts or meet with someone about a new building project. Charkop is a busy place with a lot of new things being built all the time, so we stay pretty occupied. We aren't one of those massive firms with huge billboards. We just take on jobs one at a time and try to get the walls up straight. Sometimes the weather slows us down, especially during the monsoon, but we've learned to work around it over the years. We've got a small crew that has been with us for a while, and they know how we like things done. It’s a lot of dust and sweat, but there is something good about seeing a house actually get finished. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way in this part of town, slowly making our way through each day.
