R.J S Chocolates

We are located in Bandra West, specifically on 1st Road, Tps 4. Our door is at 112 /A, F21. Bandra is a lively place to be, and this street has its own local feel that we really like. We spend our days working with chocolate, which sounds better than it actually is when you have to do the cleaning up afterwards. It gets quite warm in the kitchen, so we are always adjusting the cooling. It’s a small operation here, mostly just a few of us making sure the batches turn out okay. We don't have any big machines doing the work for us; it’s mostly done by hand. The morning usually starts with checking what we need for the day and then getting right to it. 1st Road can get a bit tight with parking, so we usually see people walking over from the nearby spots. It’s nice to see the same faces passing by the window every day. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just making something people seem to enjoy eating. The workspace is a bit cluttered sometimes because we have containers and ingredients everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don’t put on any acts here. If you come by, you’ll just see us working away, probably covered in a bit of cocoa powder or trying to organize the latest delivery of supplies.
