Ridhi Gem Llp

Ridhi Gem Llp is located in the Girgaum area, which is a very old part of Mumbai. We are on the fourth floor of a building called Nanak Niwas, right on D. D. Sathe Marg. The lane is actually Benham Hall Lane. It can get quite crowded downstairs with all the shops and the people walking by. Being up on the fourth floor helps us get away from some of that noise. We deal with gems all day. It’s what we know how to do. The building has that classic Mumbai feel, maybe a bit worn down in places, but it’s sturdy. We’ve got our workspace set up with everything we need. Most of our day is spent examining stones and making sure the records are right. It’s not a flashy job. We drink a lot of tea and talk about simple things while we work. The area around 400004 has changed a lot over the years, but our routine stays pretty much the same. We don’t have any big slogans or anything. We just take the gems, do what needs to be done, and talk to our regular contacts. It’s a small, practical office. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up waiting a while or just taking the stairs. It’s just how things are in this part of town. We’re just here doing our bit in the gem trade.
