Relief Phyto Pharmaceuticals is tucked away in the Shiv Dham Complex on Dindoshi Road. It’s a bit of a quiet corner in Goregaon East, inside the Sai Sadan building. We’ve got a small setup here where we handle a lot of herbal and plant-based products. It’s not a giant factory with conveyor belts. It’s more of a place where we carefully pack and check our inventory. The shelves are full of various extracts and powders. Sometimes the whole floor smells like eucalyptus or dried roots. We are a small team, mostly just local folks from around the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers from different parts of the country. It’s a bit of a struggle sometimes to get the right quality of herbs during the off-season. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a calendar and a list of things to do. Our desks are a bit cluttered with samples and old notebooks. We've been here long enough that the security guard at the gate knows us all by name. We like being in Goregaon because it’s easy for our staff to get here. It’s a modest place, and we do our work without making much noise. We just want to make sure the boxes go out on time and the ingredients are what they should be. It’s just regular work that needs doing.
