We set up our office in Navi Mumbai at Siddh Sai Appartment a few years back. It’s on the first floor, in room 102. It’s a residential building mostly, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main roads around here. We deal with HR services from this small space. It’s not a huge office, but we have enough room for our files and a few computers. Relaince Hr Services Pvt. Ltd. is just us working through piles of resumes and talking to people on the phone all afternoon. Sometimes the building elevator is acting up, so we just take the stairs. It’s good exercise anyway. Navi Mumbai has changed quite a bit since we started. There’s much more traffic now and many more shops around Plot No. We don't have a formal receptionist sitting at the front. One of us just gets up when the doorbell rings. The kitchen area is where we keep the kettle and some snacks for the afternoon. It’s a very practical way to work and it suits us fine. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. The lighting is just regular tube lights that we bought nearby. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and typing out reports. Some days are very long, especially when we have a lot of positions to fill for our clients. We just keep at it until the work is done. People come by for interviews and they sit in the living room area we converted. It’s a bit informal but it works for us.
