Rel Event

Rel Event is located right by Kurla Shanipar Chowk, which is always a busy place with lots of traffic and people moving about. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while, dealing with all the stuff that comes with putting together local events. It is usually quite noisy outside because of the junction, but inside we are busy sorting through lists and making phone calls to vendors. We do a bit of everything, from setting up chairs to making sure the lights work for whatever function is happening. It isn't a glamorous job, mostly it involves a lot of lifting and moving things around late at night or very early in the morning. Kurla is a central place, so it makes it easier for us to get to different parts of the city from here. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that, just a local team that knows the area well. Sometimes things get a little chaotic when multiple things are happening at once, but we usually figure it out. The office is often filled with stacks of decorations or samples that we need for the next job. We don't have a fancy reception area. Most people just drop by to discuss what they need for their upcoming gathering. It is a straightforward way of working. We stay busy with the local crowd mostly. That’s just how it goes for us here at the chowk.
