Reach Events & Promotion

Our office is located at Vikhroli East in Tagore Nagar. It’s in the D Wing, up on the first floor at 109/110. It’s not a huge place, but it holds all the stuff we need for the events we handle. There are usually boxes of flyers or banners leaning against the walls. We spend a lot of time on our laptops or on the phone trying to coordinate things. Promoting something takes a lot of small steps that people don’t always see. Sometimes we are out at a site setting things up early in the morning before anyone else is awake. Vikhroli is a good spot for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily. The office can get a bit cluttered when a big project is coming up. We aren't really the type to have big meetings in glass rooms. It’s more about sitting around the desks and figuring out who is going where. Tagore Nagar is a lively area with plenty of shops nearby for when we need a quick lunch. We’ve been in this wing for a bit now and the neighbors know us. It’s just practical work, making sure the posters are up or the event space is ready. We deal with a lot of different people every week. It’s a lot of logistics and hoping the weather stays clear. We have a small crew and everyone does a bit of everything. One day we might be hauling gear and the next day we are just sitting here making spreadsheets.
