Our workspace is located in C/23 at the Lachmi Govind Apartments over in Andheri West. We’re right next to the State Bank of India, which makes it easy for people to find us when they’re out doing their banking. It’s more of an apartment setting than a typical storefront, which gives it a different, more quiet feel. We do our creative work here, surrounded by samples and materials spread out on the tables and chairs. It’s often a bit cluttered because we always have a few different projects going on at the same time. Andheri West is a busy area, but once you step inside the building, it gets a little more peaceful. We spend our days sketching out ideas or working on the final touches of whatever project is on the desk. Most of our clients are people from around the neighborhood who heard about us from a friend or family member. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby with a receptionist, just our front door and the work we do inside. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby and talk about the designs we’re currently handling. It’s a hands-on job and we put a lot of time into the small details that most people might not even notice at first. Being next to the bank means there’s always people walking by, and occasionally someone pops their head in to see what we are making. It’s a nice way to work and we like being part of this block.
