Rashi Pharma Care

Our place is on the first floor of B-9 Bhangwadi, right on Kalbadevi Road. If you’ve ever walked down this road, you know it’s always packed with people and carts moving things around. It’s one of those old Mumbai buildings where the stairs are narrow and you have to watch your step. We’ve got this office space where we handle all the pharma care stuff for Rashi Pharma Care. It’s a bit cramped because we have boxes stacked up near the back wall, but it works for us. The windows look out onto the street, so there’s always noise from the traffic and the vendors shouting below. We usually start the day by opening up the shutters and dusting off the desks. The light isn’t great inside, but we have enough lamps to see what we are doing. Most of the time, we’re just answering the phone or checking the latest lists that come in. It gets really hot in the afternoons, so the old ceiling fan stays on high speed all day. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the neighbors in the building are all doing similar work, so it feels like a community. There isn’t much room for anything extra, just the essentials like the desk, the computer, and the filing cabinets that sometimes stick when you try to open them. We don’t do anything flashy, just the daily routine of running the business from this small corner of Kalbadevi.
