Our place is at Plot No-3/15 in the Dube Estate, right on the ground floor. It is in Shyam Nagar, which is part of Jogeshwari East. Being on the ground floor is good because we have guards coming in and out all the time for their assignments. The estate is an older one, so it has that lived-in feel to it. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure everyone is at their posts. Security is a 24-hour job. That means the office never really feels empty. We have been in Jogeshwari for a long time and know the streets around here pretty well. We have a small area where we keep the uniforms and do the training. It is not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or nice carpet. We have basic wooden desks and a lot of logbooks stacked up in the corner. People stop by to apply for work or to pick up their schedules for the next week. The traffic in Jogeshwari can be tough, so we always tell our staff to leave early to get to their shifts. We handle local security for buildings and sites nearby. It is practical work that requires us to be awake when everyone else is sleeping. We don't have a mission statement. We just focus on making sure the gates are locked and the rounds are made every single night without any trouble for our clients.
