We are based over in Malad East, at 14 Dindoshi Darshan in the Shivdham area. It’s a regular residential-style building, so it feels more like a home office than a cold business space. We’ve been here for a while and most of the people in the building know us by name. Our room is filled with cupboards full of files and old ledgers that we’ve kept over the years. It isn’t a high-tech office with glass walls; it’s just a place with wooden desks and a few ceiling fans that click a bit when they’re on high speed. We usually start the day early before the Malad traffic gets too bad. Most of our work involves a lot of paperwork and talking to clients who come by to drop off documents. It’s a very steady, predictable kind of life here. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just do our work and go home to our families. Sometimes the monsoon rain hits the windows pretty hard and we have to make sure the files stay dry. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We like being in Dindoshi because it’s a lived-in neighborhood with a lot of character. If you're looking for our door, it's the one that’s usually slightly ajar to let some air in during the afternoon heat. It is just a plain, hardworking office in a busy part of Malad.
