We've been here in Ghatkopar East for a while now, right in Sardar Market Mohalla Fatehgarh 73. It’s a busy spot and we just try to keep things moving. Most days start early for us because that’s when people want their snacks. We don’t really have a big office or anything, just the shop where the work happens. It gets loud around here with the market traffic but we like the energy of St No 3. Our neighbors know us by name and we know what they usually order before they even say it. Sometimes it's a bit messy when it's raining outside, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We make sure the farsan is ready by the time people are heading to work or coming back home. It's nothing fancy, just a small place where we work hard and hope people enjoy what they buy. We don't spend much time on the internet or worrying about fancy decorations. The bins are usually full and the staff is always busy packing bags. If you walk past the market, you'll probably smell what we're cooking before you see the sign. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the salt and spice right every single day. It's a living and we are glad to be part of the street. It’s a lot of heavy lifting with the flour bags too.
