Rajam Snacks

We have been here in Mulund West 7 for a while now. Most days start early because there is a lot to prep before people show up. The shop isn't very big, but it fits what we need. We mostly focus on snacks that people can grab when they are in a hurry. Sometimes the oil gets a bit hot or the floor is a bit messy during the lunch rush, but we try to keep up. It is mostly just us working behind the counter. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. Just basic shelves and the stove. People from around the neighborhood stop by, some we know by name and others are just passing through to the station. We buy our supplies from the local market nearby every few days. It is a lot of standing around and packing things in small plastic bags. Some days are quiet, especially when it rains hard, and we just sit and wait for the next customer. We don't do anything too complicated here. It is just basic snacks that we know how to make. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us. We don't spend much time on the computer or anything like that. Usually, we are just busy with the fryer or cleaning up the crumbs. It is a simple life running a place like this in Mulund West 7. We just try to get the orders right and keep the stove going without too much trouble.
