Our office is at 43 in the Alankar Cinema Building, right on 1st Khetwadi Lane. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the local area. We go by the name Rahul Ferromet & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Being located in the cinema building means there are always people moving around, which makes it feel quite lively. We are up on the first floor. It’s a practical space, not really designed for looks or style. We spend our days handling engineering supplies and various metal products that come and go. The lane outside is often packed with vehicles and people, so it can be a bit of a struggle to get in and out sometimes. Inside the office, the walls are covered with old calendars and various charts. We don’t have any big corporate mission or anything like that; we just focus on the work right in front of us. Sometimes the phones ring off the hook all morning, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the old fans humming on the ceiling. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and know many of the other business owners nearby. Our staff is a small group that’s been together for several years now. We don’t really do fancy marketing or try to sound like something we aren't. We just take orders, check the inventory, and try to get things delivered on time. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. The coffee from the shop downstairs is good too.
