We’re over on Javji Dadaji Marg in Grant Road. Our office is in the Tardeo Apartment building, on the 5th floor, unit 56. Grant Road is a very busy part of Mumbai, especially with the station nearby. There’s always something happening on the street below. The building itself is a bit older, part of that classic Tardeo landscape. We’ve been here for a while, and the 5th floor has become like a second home to us. At Radium Gems, we don't really go for anything flashy. Our office is just a place to work, with simple desks and good lighting for looking at stones. We spend a lot of time sorting through things and making sure all the paperwork is in order. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing, which can be tiring, but it’s the nature of the gem business. The apartment building has a mix of offices and residents, so you see all kinds of people in the hallway. We just stick to our unit and keep things quiet. The routine is the same every day—open up, turn on the lights, and start going through the inventory. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just want to do our jobs well and go home at the end of the shift. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of working that seems to suit us just fine in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and work.
