Radhika Events

Radhika Events is based out of the Kalbadevi Industrial Area, Phase 1, at number 57. It’s an industrial spot, so don't expect any fancy décor in our actual office. It’s mostly just boxes, rolls of carpet, and some plastic chairs that have seen better days. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different people and trying to make sure the trucks arrive on time, which is hard with the traffic around here. The building we are in is quite old and the stairs are narrow, so moving stuff up and down is always a bit of a workout. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for making tea, which is basically the most important part of our morning. We aren't corporate people. We wear jeans and t-shirts and usually have some tape stuck to our shoes. The phone rings a lot and it’s usually someone asking where their delivery is. We just try to stay organized with a bunch of notebooks and some sticky notes that keep falling off the wall. During the peak season, we barely get any sleep. We just keep going from one job to the next. It’s a lot of manual labor and phone calls, but that’s how it works in this industry. We don't have a big mission statement, we just try to make sure we don't forget the extension cords.
