You can find us over at Rivera East, specifically in 104 Kesbella, which is in Noda near Kalyan Road. We’re based in Dombivli East, right by the Ecole Mondiale World School. Rabinik Dj is basically about the gear and the music. Our space is usually packed with speakers, mixers, and crates of cables that always seem to get tangled no matter how careful we are. We spend our weekends at events, weddings, or parties, so the weekdays are for fixing equipment and picking out tracks. It’s a lot of heavy lifting. Carrying those big subwoofers up and down stairs isn't fun, but it’s part of the job. Thane can get pretty crowded, and moving equipment through the streets around Kalyan Road takes some patience. We aren't a big agency with a secretary; if you call, you're probably talking to the same person who will be setting up the sound system later. We try to keep things simple. We know which wires go where and how to make a room sound decent even if the acoustics are terrible. It’s a loud life, and our neighbors probably wish we had a quieter hobby, but we’ve made it our work. We just focus on getting the sound right and making sure the lights work when they’re supposed to. It’s honest, tiring, and we wouldn't really know what else to do with our time. We just keep the music going.
