Our office is tucked away in the C Wing of this building near Grant Road. To find us, you have to head up to the first floor. It is Office Number 10. The building is right near the Gamdevi Telephone Exchange, which is a landmark everyone around here knows. If you miss that, you’ll probably wander around for a bit. The stairs are a bit narrow, so we usually tell people to watch their step when they come up. Inside, things are a bit crowded with equipment and cables everywhere. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of our time sitting at the computers. The light in the office is okay, but we usually keep the curtains half-drawn because of the glare on the screens. Lunchtime usually involves getting something from one of the stalls downstairs. Grant Road is always loud, but once you’re inside the C Wing, it gets a little bit quieter. Not completely silent, of course, because there’s always someone talking or a phone ringing somewhere. We’ve been in this spot for some time. It works for us because the location is central. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so the first floor walk isn't too bad compared to the people on the top floors. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever tasks come in for the day. It’s just us doing our thing.
