Our place is over in Lal Baug, in the Progressive Building. Specifically, it’s C-1, 103. If you know Mumbai, you know that this area gets incredibly crowded, especially around festival times. Being near Chinchpokli Station is a big help though, because it means we can get around the city relatively quickly on the train when we need to. The office itself is just a regular room where we manage everything related to entertainment. We have been working out of DL Marg for a while now. Most days are spent on the phone or sitting at the computer trying to coordinate schedules. It gets loud outside with the traffic and the trains, but that’s just the Lal Baug atmosphere. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing; we just show up and do what’s needed for the event. Sometimes we are out at a site until three in the morning, and other times we are just here sorting through cables and equipment. The building has a lot of other businesses too, so there is always someone coming or going. People usually drop by after they get off the train at Chinchpokli. It’s a practical location for us since we cover a lot of ground across Mumbai. We keep things pretty simple here. No big signs or flashy stuff, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of work to get through every week. We just focus on getting the job done without making a big fuss about it.
