We operate Principal Pnb Asset Management Company Pvt Ltd from our office in Dahisar East. Specifically, we are at C-303 in the Shankeshwar Nagar Society on Shiv Valhab Road. It’s a bit of a different setup being in a residential society area rather than a big glass skyscraper in the middle of town. But Dahisar East has its own rhythm, and we like it here. Mumbai is always moving fast, and even here on Shiv Valhab Road, you feel that energy. Our space is functional. We handle asset management, so there's a lot of paperwork and numbers to keep track of every day. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or free coffee for everyone. We just have our desks and our files. Most of our neighbors are just people living their lives in Shankeshwar Nagar. It keeps things grounded. Sometimes it’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but that’s just life in Mumbai. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and it’s become our second home. We don’t have a flashy storefront. You just come up to the third floor and there we are. It’s a straightforward operation.
