We are located at 209 in the Jhalawar Patanwala Industrial Estate. It is right on L.B.S. Road in Ghatkopar West. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by all kinds of factories and warehouses. Precise Biopharma Pvt. Ltd. has been here for quite a while now. Our space is divided between the office work and the technical side of biopharmaceuticals. It is not a shiny, high-tech facility like you see in the movies. It is a practical, working environment where things can get a bit messy with all the equipment and supplies. L.B.S. Road is always packed with vehicles, so there is a constant hum of engines outside our windows. We have a dedicated group of people here who just want to get the job done right. We do not use any corporate buzzwords or spend time on fancy presentations. Most of our time is spent on the actual science and the logistics of our products. The building itself is sturdy and has plenty of character, though it could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for coffee and tea, which is the most popular spot in the office. We like the grit of the industrial estate. It feels like a place where real things are made.
