Pravin Flora Decorators

We are located in Prabhadevi, right on Southend Road near the P L Deshpande Kala Academy, over by Say. Our days usually start very early because flowers don't wait for anyone. The smell in the shop is a mix of fresh greens and wet soil, which is nice, but it can get messy with all the stems and leaves on the floor. Working so close to the Kala Academy means we see a lot of people coming and going for shows and events. We do decorating work, mostly for local functions and weddings. It is a lot of heavy lifting, carrying buckets of water and dragging ladders around. The shop isn't some high-end boutique; it's a working space where we prep everything. Some of the walls need a bit of paint, and the floor is almost always damp. We just focus on getting the arrangements right and making sure they get to where they need to go on time. It is a busy street, so there is always noise from the traffic outside. We don't really have a sales pitch or anything like that. People just come in, tell us what they need for their event, and we figure out how to do it with what we have. It’s hard work on your feet all day, but it’s what we know. Pravin Flora has been around this part of Prabhadevi for a while, and we just keep at it.
