Pratap Excellency

Pratap Excellency is located in the Pushpa Kunj No 1 building on Dr. Ambedkar Road. We are in the Mulund West area, not too far from Vani Vidyalaya. It is a good spot because the school is a major landmark and everyone knows the road. The building is a typical Mulund structure, a bit older but well-kept. We have been here for a while now. The area around us is always full of life, especially when school lets out and the kids are all over the place. Our daily routine involves being in the office and dealing with whatever comes up. It is a mix of different tasks depending on the day. Mulund West has changed a lot, but this corner of Ambedkar Road still feels the same to us. The office itself is quite simple. We have the usual stuff like a couple of computers and some filing cabinets. It isn't a corporate setup with a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is available. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who live in the neighborhood. It is a practical way to run things. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. We just keep our heads down and do our work. It is a steady pace and we like being part of this local community.
