Prasad Catering Service operates out of Shop No 2 in the Crescent Hill View Apartment. We are right on LBS Marg in Vikhroli West, across from Raj Legacy. It’s a busy road, so there is always noise from the traffic outside our door. Our kitchen is where we spend almost all of our time. It’s not a big fancy setup, just a practical space with large pots, stoves, and plenty of spices. We handle food for local gatherings, small parties, and sometimes bigger events if we have enough hands on deck for the day. We started this because we knew how to cook and people seemed to like the food. There is no secret recipe or anything like that, just plain cooking like you’d do at home, but in much larger quantities. We get our vegetables and meat from the local markets in Surya Nagar every morning to keep things fresh. Being in Mumbai 400079, we have to deal with the heat and the rush, but we are used to it by now. We don’t have a glossy menu with photos; we just tell people what we can make and they decide if it works for them. Most of our customers are neighbors or people from the nearby societies who have known us for years. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from early morning until late at night. We just want to make sure the food is ready on time and that there is enough for everyone to eat well.
