Pragati Courier Services

Pragati Courier Services is located in Vikhroli West. We are over near the Ambe Mata Temple and the Radha Krishna Mandir. It’s a nice part of the neighborhood, and most people use the temples as a guide to find us. Our shop at number 7 is small but we fit a lot of packages inside. There are always boxes and envelopes stacked up near the door waiting to be sorted. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, especially during the busy season, but we know where everything is. We have a couple of delivery bikes parked outside most of the time. The staff here is just a few local guys who know the shortcuts around Vikhroli. We don't have a big tracking system like the international companies, but we make sure things get to where they’re going. Sometimes we stay late to finish the sorting if a big shipment comes in. The fans in the shop are loud, so we usually have to speak up. It’s a very hands-on job. We don't spend much on advertising because people just see our sign or hear about us from their neighbors. It’s a simple service and we try to keep it that way. We like being part of the community here near the temples. It feels good to see the same faces every day when we go about our deliveries.
