Praful Katdare

Praful Katdare is based out of Plot No 30 in the C Wing of Sanewadi. This is in the Vile Parle East area near Marol. If you are looking for us just find the Prarthana Medical Store because we are right opposite that shop. It is a quiet residential pocket but we have our office setup here. The building is an older one but it is well-maintained and has a nice feel to it. We do a bit of everything here from consulting to managing local projects. It is mostly just a one or two person operation so you will not see a big staff running around. We have a simple desk and a bookshelf full of old records and guides. The view from the window is just the street and the medical store across the way. We like being in Vile Parle because it is easy to get around and the neighbors are all very decent people. We do not do any big marketing or have a polished sales pitch. If someone needs help they just give us a call or drop by the wing. We try to keep things straightforward and honest without adding a lot of unnecessary talk. It is a peaceful spot to get work done without the noise of the main highway. We have been here for quite some time now and plan to stay as long as we can. It is just a comfortable place for us to work.
