Pradipkumar Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is based on the second floor of Shreeji Bhuwan. We are situated on Mangaldas Road, right in the middle of Lohar Chawl. If you’ve ever been to this part of town, you know it is one of the most crowded and busy market areas you can find. There are people and goods moving everywhere at all times. Our office is up a flight of stairs that can be a bit steep if you aren't used to them. It’s an old building, like most of the ones around here. Inside, we just have a simple setup with our desks and shelves. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for quite a long time. It isn't a quiet place to work, but we like the energy of the market. Sometimes it’s hard to even walk down Mangaldas Road because of all the handcarts and shoppers. We don't go in for anything fancy. Our focus is just on the day's work and getting things out on time. The lighting in the building isn't the best, and it can get quite hot in the summer months. But this is where we started and where we stay. It’s a very grounded, practical environment. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. It is just us doing what we know how to do. Lohar Chawl is our home and we just keep at it every day. It's tough work but it's what we know best.
