Our office is located in the Oberai Complex, specifically unit F-506. Being in the Lokhandwala area of Andheri West means things are always moving fast around us. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of shops and people everywhere. We handle exports, which mostly involves a lot of paperwork, phone calls, and coordinating with different people. The office itself is pretty functional. We have desks piled with folders and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. It’s not the quietest place, especially when the phones start ringing all at once in the late afternoon. We deal with a variety of goods and have to keep track of a lot of shipping schedules. Sometimes things get delayed at the port, and we spend the whole day trying to track down where a container is. It’s part of the job. We don’t have a big marketing team or a fancy lobby. Most of our work happens behind the scenes in this fifth-floor office. The view from the window is just other buildings and the street below. We’ve been operating from this complex for years. We know the security guards and the other tenants by their first names. It’s a workplace where we just get on with things without much drama. We focus on the details and try to keep our clients updated as best as we can.
