Lanza Pharma Ltd.

Working at Lanza Pharma Ltd. means spending a lot of time in Powai. We are located near Hera Nanadani Garden, which is a nice area, though the traffic getting here can be quite bad in the mornings. Our daily life is mostly about checking schedules and making sure the supplies are coming in like they should. It’s a pharma company, so there is always some paperwork to deal with or a delivery to track down. We aren't one of those massive companies with a glass building and a fountain out front. It’s more of a practical setup where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up and we have to wait for the repair guy, which makes the afternoon feel long. We have a few regulars who come by for business, and we try to keep things moving so nobody is waiting around too long. Powai has grown so much lately, but our spot feels like a steady place to be. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just handle the medicine side of things and try to keep our records straight. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we’ve been doing it long enough that it feels normal now. Most of us have lunch together when it’s not too busy. It’s just a regular workplace doing regular work every day in a busy part of town.
