Popcorn Motion Pictures Pvt Ltd is based in Andheri West, right in the middle of all the film stuff in Mumbai. We are at 160 Aaram Nagar Part 2, which is over in the Versova area. If you’ve ever walked through Aaram Nagar, you know it’s full of small offices and creative people everywhere. It feels more like a little village than a big city sometimes. Our place is simple and we spend our hours working on movie projects. Andheri West is always loud and moving, and we are right in the thick of it. We have been in this spot for a while now. The space isn’t huge but it fits our computers and our small team. We don’t go for the high-rise office style because Aaram Nagar has more character. People stop by for tea and talk about scripts or shoots. It is a very casual environment here. We wear regular clothes and keep the coffee pot going. Sometimes the rain makes the roads a bit muddy around here, but that’s just part of living in Versova. We focus on the work itself rather than having a polished front. It is mostly just us sitting around talking through ideas and making sure the filming schedules make sense. Most of the people we work with are from around the neighborhood anyway. We keep things grounded and just focus on getting the scenes right.
