We are based in Santacruz West. The name is Platinum Incentives & Events Pvt Ltd, but we’re really just a small team working out of an office here. We don't have a storefront, just a space where we plan things out. Santacruz is a nice area, and we like being close to everything. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on our laptops. It's a lot of spreadsheets and emails. We handle corporate events and trips, that kind of thing. It’s not always glamorous like the name suggests. A lot of it is just logistics and making sure people arrive on time. We’ve been in Santacruz for a few years now. The office is pretty standard—desks, chairs, a coffee machine that sometimes works. We aren't big on corporate talk or mission statements. We just like to get things done without too much fuss. People around here know us as the event folks. We try to stay organized, but when we have three events in one week, it gets a bit chaotic in here. We just push through the long hours. We don't have a huge staff, just a few reliable people who know the drill. It's a decent way to make a living and we enjoy the pace. We’re usually here Monday through Saturday, unless we’re out at a site. We just keep moving and making sure the plans actually happen on time.
