Phinix Courier Service

Phinix Courier Service is tucked away at Lower Parel 1st Cross, right on 1st Main Road, New B E L Road 189. It is a busy spot. There are always motorcycles parked out front and boxes piled up near the entrance. You can hear the sound of packing tape being pulled off the roll all day long. That screeching noise is basically our background music. The office isn't very large, so we have to be careful where we step so we don't trip over a parcel. We use old wooden tables for sorting through everything. Some of the labels are hard to read, so we spend a lot of time double-checking addresses. Lower Parel is a fast-paced area, and being on New B E L Road means we see a lot of different people every day. We don't have a uniform or anything like that. We just wear what’s comfortable for moving boxes and riding around. Sometimes a delivery gets delayed because of a flat tire or a heavy rainstorm, and we just have to deal with it. It’s honest work. We keep a calendar on the wall with scribbled notes and reminders for the drivers. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. This is just how we run things here at 189 Lower Parel.
