Pharmalab Spares & Services is just a small outfit located in the Ghatkopar Industrial Estate. You can find us at B-121, right on L.B.S. Marg. This area is always buzzing with noise and people moving things around. We’ve been here for quite some time now, just focusing on providing the spare parts and services that local labs and pharma companies need to keep their equipment running. Our shop isn't anything special to look at. It’s filled with shelves of various components, some old and some new. Most days are spent sorting through inventory or answering the phone when someone’s machine has broken down. We don't have a big corporate structure or a marketing team. It’s just a few of us who know our way around these parts. L.B.S. Marg can be a real headache with the traffic, but being in the heart of Ghatkopar West makes it easier for our regulars to drop by. We don't use any fancy systems; we just keep track of what’s in stock and try to help out when a client is in a bind. Sometimes the floor gets a bit cluttered with crates and boxes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't interested in being the biggest company, just a reliable spot in the industrial estate where people can get what they need without any fuss or complicated talk.
