We operate out of Shed No. 'M' in the Kanjur Co-Op. Industrial Estate. It’s right near the Mangatram Petrol Pump in Bhandup West. If you know that petrol pump, you can find us pretty easily. The estate is a big place with lots of different businesses, but we’ve been in Shed M for a long time now. Pharma Tech is basically just a group of us who know our way around the equipment. It’s an industrial area, so it’s not exactly pretty, but it’s where the real work happens. We don’t have much time for fancy talk or meetings. We just focus on the machines and the orders we have to fill. Some days are longer than others, especially when things get busy or a machine breaks down. The air in Bhandup is always a bit heavy with the smell of industry, but we don’t mind it much anymore. We have our routine. We start early, have our lunch breaks together under the fan, and then get back to it. It’s a simple life for the most part. We don't use big marketing words because we don't need to. People who need what we do usually find us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign on the shed. We like being in this part of town. It feels honest and real. There’s no pretending here. We just do the job and look after the place as best as we can.
