Pgp Architects

We’ve been here at J.K. Paradise for a while now. It’s a busy spot on Eksar Road in Borivali. Our office is in the E wing, room 602. Most days it is just us at our desks drawing things up and looking at plans. People come in to talk about their houses or shops and we try to figure out how to make the space work better. It gets a bit noisy outside sometimes with the traffic, but inside we just keep busy with our drawings. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us who know how to handle the local building rules. If you’re around Eksar Road, you probably know the building. It’s easy to find. Pgp Architects does a lot of residential stuff because that’s what most people around here need. Sometimes we are out on sites checking how the walls are coming up or talking to the contractors. It’s not always pretty work, honestly. There is a lot of paperwork and back and forth with authorities which takes time. We just try to get the job done without too much fuss. We like to keep things simple. Mumbai is a tough place to build anything because space is so tight. We spend a lot of time measuring things twice. If you stop by, you’ll see we usually have rolls of paper everywhere and coffee cups on the table. That’s just how we work.
