Perfect Courier

Perfect Courier is situated near the Mumbai G.P.O. 11126. Being so close to the General Post Office means we are always right in the thick of things every single day. There are always parcels being weighed on the scales, rolls of tape being pulled, and cardboard boxes being stacked up high against the walls. The office is usually a bit chaotic with all the different deliveries coming in and out at the same time. We don’t have a sleek customer service desk; it’s mostly just a wooden counter where we take down your details and get the package ready for transport. The sound of the city is constant here—horns honking and people rushing by on the sidewalk. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we know the local routes and shortcuts like the back of our hands. We don't use any of those fancy tracking systems with maps; we just make sure things actually get where they need to go. It’s a very simple business when you get down to it. Some days the heavy rain makes everything difficult, and deliveries get delayed, but we just keep at it as best as we can. The staff here has been around for many years, so we all know the daily routine well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle the parcels that people trust us with. It’s a lot of lifting and writing out addresses.
