Percept D Mark

Percept D Mark operates out of Raghuvanshi Estate in Lower Parel. Our space is at P2 on Level 2A, which is part of that big complex on Senapati Bapat Marg. If you’ve ever gone shopping at the Big Bazar in Lower Parel, you’ve been right near us. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, always full of cars and people rushing to work. The estate itself has a lot of different businesses, so there is always something happening in the corridors. We have a decent-sized team here, and the office is usually filled with the sound of typing and people talking about various projects. We don't really do the whole formal corporate thing; we just show up and get through the work that needs doing. Sometimes we stay late when a big deadline is coming up, and then we just order food from one of the many places nearby. The location is good because it’s central, even if the traffic on Senapati Bapat Marg is a nightmare in the evenings. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood change as more old mills turned into offices. It’s a practical place for a business. We have our desks, our meeting area, and way too many cables running along the floor. It’s just how we operate. We don’t spend much time on fancy decorations for ourselves; we’re too busy with the work at hand.
