Pegasus Events

Our spot is in Bharat Bazar, right in the middle of Worli. It’s a gala on the first floor, number 7/A. Being near the Marshal showroom makes it easy for people to find us when they come by. Pegasus Events has been operating out of this space for quite some time. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a working office where we keep our files and meet with vendors. Worli is a hectic area, but we’ve gotten used to the pace over the years. We usually start our day early because the traffic around Gandhinagar can get pretty bad if you wait too long. Most of the time, the team is out at different sites setting up stages or checking on lights. When we are in the office, it’s mostly paperwork and phone calls. It’s a lot of manual work, really. Moving stuff in and out of the gala keeps us on our toes. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most people just know us from the neighborhood or from seeing our trucks around. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs while waiting for a delivery. It’s a straightforward life here. We just focus on what needs to happen next for whatever event is coming up on the calendar. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. We just have some chairs and a desk where we sit and talk through the plans for the week.
