Party Box Event Facilitator

Our business is set up in Malad West, near S V Road and the Pune Nashik Road area. We act as facilitators for events, which is a fancy way of saying we help people get their parties together. It involves a lot of the small, annoying tasks that most people don't have time for. We spend our days calling around to find tents, chairs, or maybe a decent DJ. Malad is always crowded, so just getting across the neighborhood can be a real chore sometimes. Our office is just a small room where we keep our files and take our meetings. We aren't a big agency with dozens of employees. It is just us and our contacts. We don't have a polished mission statement or anything. We just want to make sure the events we help with don't fall apart. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to order enough napkins, but we always find a way to fix it before the party starts. It’s a lot of running around and checking lists. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know most of the local suppliers by name. It is honest, practical work. We don't spend money on big ads. We just focus on the job at hand. It is not always easy, especially when someone changes their mind at the last minute, but we just roll with it and do what needs to be done.
