Parshwanath Pharma Exports Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Malad East. We don’t have a massive sign on the building or anything, so you have to know where you are going. Malad is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Our work is mainly about shipping and logistics for pharmaceutical products going to different places. It involves a lot of phone calls and even more emails. The office is usually a bit messy with paperwork and tracking sheets spread out over the tables. We try to keep things organized, but when several shipments are moving at once, it gets a bit hectic. There isn't a corporate culture here; we just work until the job is done. Some days are longer than others, especially when there are delays at the port or with the customs paperwork. We’ve been in Malad East for a long time now. Most of the staff takes the train or the bus, so being in this part of the suburbs works out for everyone. It’s a practical location. We don’t spend money on fancy furniture or decorations because it doesn't really help us get the crates moved. We just focus on the logistics. It’s a lot of coordination with different people, and we've learned to deal with the various hiccups that happen in the export business. It's just a normal workplace with normal people trying to do their jobs right.
