Parle Biscuits Pvt.Ltd. is based right at the North End Crossing in Vile Parle East. It is a landmark spot, really. Most people in the area know exactly where we are just by the name of the crossing. The office here is where a lot of the planning and coordination happens. It is a bit of an older building, but it is sturdy and has plenty of room for all of us. Inside, it is a mix of old wooden desks and newer computers. It is not one of those open-plan offices where everyone is staring at each other all day. We have our own corners and stacks of files that probably need sorting eventually. We do not spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to look like a tech startup. We have been around for a long time, and we just stick to what we know. The smell of biscuits is usually in the air, which is probably the best part of working here. It is a busy environment because Vile Parle is always on the move, but we have our own rhythm inside the office. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done, and make sure the biscuits are reaching the shops on time. It is a practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We have a good team of people who just want to do their jobs well.
