Panche Exports Pvt. Ltd. is located in the Parvati Industrial Premises Co-op Soc. Ltd., specifically at unit 108/a. This building is part of the old Sun Mill Compound in Lower Parel West, which used to be very different years ago. Now, it’s a mix of everything, but our corner still feels like a proper work zone. Getting up to the first floor can be a bit of a wait if the lift is busy with heavy loads, so we often just take the stairs. The space is filled with boxes most of the time. We handle a lot of different shipments, and there’s always something being moved from one corner to another. It’s loud outside with the traffic from the main road and the trains nearby, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over time. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of tape dispensers and people talking about logistics. We don’t have any decorations on the walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes pinned up so we don't forget the delivery dates. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. Sometimes it feels like we are just managing a big puzzle of crates and labels. We try to stay organized, but on busy days, the floor gets pretty cluttered. That’s just the way it goes here in Lower Parel.
