Panasia Engineers Pvt. Ltd. sits in 3-B, Thacker Idnustrial Estate. We are right on N.M. Joshi Marg, which is one of those older industrial spots in the city that has seen a lot of history. Our space is tucked away, and you have to look for the sign sometimes because the entrance can be a bit hidden. We focus on engineering. It’s a lot of technical stuff that would probably bore most people. We have a small group of engineers who have been with us for a long time. The desks are covered in old coffee mugs and stacks of technical manuals. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person to tell our story. We just show up at the estate every morning and get to work on the projects on the table. The building has that old industrial smell—oil and cold concrete. It’s comfortable for us. We know the security guards at the gate and the guys who run the printing shop nearby. We don't do big corporate retreats or anything like that. Usually, our celebration is just ordering some extra snacks on a Friday afternoon. We just try to get the engineering right so the job gets finished properly and without any major issues. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far. No need to change things now.
