You can find us at Panch-Ratna on SVP Road in Borivli West. We’re at number 6/67. It’s a busy street with lots of shops and people walking by all day long. We’ve been running this store for a while, dealing with specific pharmaceutical products. It’s a small shop, but we keep it well-stocked. Borivli West is a crowded area, so there’s never a dull moment outside our door. We see all kinds of people coming in, usually with prescriptions or looking for specific items we carry. We don’t do any big promotions or anything like that; people just know we are here on SVP Road. The space inside is a bit tight because we have to fit all the inventory on the shelves, and sometimes boxes pile up near the back. We have a couple of guys who help with the counter and the deliveries. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the shop, but we have a small fan that helps a bit. We close up in the evenings and head home like everyone else in the neighborhood. It’s a simple business. We focus on keeping the stock updated and helping the customers who walk through the door. We’ve been in the Panch-Ratna building for years and know the other shopkeepers around us pretty well. It's a lot of standing and talking, but it's what we know how to do, and we just keep at it.
