Our place is over in Andheri West, specifically in Gurunagar. We are located in Gala Number 5 at Sai Estate. It’s a proper industrial area vibe. You’ve got workshops and small units all around us. Pace Pharmatech is where we spend our days dealing with various technical things for the pharma industry. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of us are in regular clothes, just getting things done. The estate can get quite hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep the air moving. Being in a gala means we have a bit of space for equipment and parts. It’s a bit tucked away, so if you aren’t looking for Sai Estate, you might miss us. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors are all good people running their own businesses. The commute to Andheri West is always an adventure with the traffic. We usually have tea at the stall around the corner twice a day. It’s a simple routine. We work on the orders, talk to suppliers, and make sure the machines are doing what they should. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. We don't have a marketing team or anyone like that. We just focus on the engineering side of things. It’s a steady life here in the industrial estate, and we like it that way.
