P. J. Exports

You can find P. J. Exports over in the Aryan Compound. We are located on Reti Bunder Road in the Kalher Village area of Bhiwandi. It’s an industrial sort of place, so there are a lot of warehouses and trucks around. The road can be quite dusty and rough, especially after the rains. Our space in the compound is basically a large warehouse where we handle all our export stuff. It’s not a place for visitors really, just a place for hard work. There’s always the sound of packing tape and crates being moved. We have a small office section partitioned off, but even there, it’s pretty basic. We’ve been in Bhiwandi for a good number of years. It’s a hub for this kind of thing. The location is practical for getting goods in and out. We don't have any fancy signs or a polished showroom. Most of our day is spent checking inventories and making sure everything is loaded correctly. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of numbers. The staff here are mostly locals from the village or nearby areas. We have a routine that we stick to. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a gritty environment, but it’s where we get things done. We usually start quite early to beat some of the heavy truck traffic on the main road.
