Ots Communication

We are Ots Communication and we operate out of 1/2 Bansra Sing Estate. It’s in Pratap, Jogeshwari East, not too far from the Jogeshwari Vikroli Link Road. If you live around here, you know how crazy the traffic on the JVLR can get. Our shop is a bit tucked away in the estate, but we stay busy enough. We mostly handle things related to communication, whether it is phones or internet stuff. It’s a small space, mostly filled with gadgets and wires. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that isn't what people come here for. They come here when they need something fixed or a new connection set up. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years with all the new construction and people moving in. We just keep doing what we do. It’s a lot of sitting at the counter and talking to people about their bills or their devices. We don't have a corporate script that we follow. We just speak plain English and tell people what the situation is. Sometimes the parts we need take a few days to arrive and we just have to be honest about that. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know our regulars by name and they know we are just here to help them stay connected in this busy part of Mumbai. It is just a regular shop run by regular people who live and work right here in Jogeshwari.
